The main goals of the project are:

• Construction of the Biomass logistics centre

• Introduction of trading platform with pellets and wood briquettes - purchase, storage, sale, expedition

• Introduction of new production and trading scheme with high-quality extra dry wood chips and chipped firewood

• Introduction of logistics system for storage of all kind of biomass fuel

• Introduction of logistics system for transport and distribution of all kind of biomass fuel

• Construction of showroom for wood fuels and firing units

• Establishment of consultancy centre (biofuel quality monitoring and operation of energy units

• Creation of energy centre

• Creation of support scheme – EKOKLASTER and cooperation with schools

• Introduction of research results into practise

• Introduction of promoting system and design of innovative solutions

• Introduction of demonstration innovative activities

• Reduction of emissions of CO₂, SO₂, NO_x, CO with utilisation of processed wood waste and raw material for heating

• Support of energy security of the Slovak Republic

• Creation of 33 permanent vacancies including seasonal vacancies

• Reduction of dependency of the Slovak Republic on fuel imports

• Strategic management of the emerging biofuel market in the Central Europe, further development of regional market in cooperation with other biomass producers
